1. Introduction

Welcome to SECRETSMEETING.COM. By registering or using the website, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept them, you may not use the Service.

Registration implies acceptance of:

2. Definitions

·Service: SECRETSMEETING.COM, an online dating service providing access to various features. Some features are free, others are paid for registered users.

·User: a person aged 18 or over using the Service.

·Account: a personal profile protected by login credentials.

·User Content: information, texts, photos or other materials uploaded by the user.

3. Registration and Requirements

·Access is allowed only to users aged 18 or older.

·Registration is free and constitutes a contract between the user and SC Runyo invest Group SRL.

·The information provided must be truthful; false information may result in suspension or deletion of the account.

·The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.

4. Paid Services

Payments are processed by the external provider CentralPay.

SECRETSMEETING.COM does not store or have access to full payment card details.

By making a payment, the user also accepts the terms and conditions of the payment service provider.

·Some features require payment (unlimited messages, video/audio chat).

·Prices and subscription duration are clearly indicated before payment.

·Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Upon expiration, the user must purchase a new subscription to continue using paid features.

·Your subscription is personal. You may not share it or allow others to use your account. The Service is for personal and private use only.

·Virtual credits included in subscriptions are an internal tool for using Service features.

·Credits have no monetary value, are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.

·Unused credits at the end of the subscription period are non-refundable.

·We may block your account if you use the Service illegally or in violation of these rules.

·In case of inactivity exceeding 12 months, the account may be deactivated with prior notice to the user.

·If you do not confirm registration via email within 15 days, the profile may be deactivated.

·For technical and data protection reasons, messages may be deleted after 30 days.

·Registration is free and you may delete your profile at any time.

Some packages have limitations. For example, the Emerald package does not allow live chat or video chat. Each package includes virtual credits used for sending messages, private photos, viewing profile visitors, audio and video calls, friend requests and other actions.

Credits are valid for the duration of the subscription. If credits remain at the end of the period, you may purchase a new subscription. Unused credits are not refundable.

When upgrading, the previous subscription is combined with the new one, accumulating credits.

If you run out of credits before the subscription ends, certain actions will no longer be available, but you may still receive messages and calls (if allowed by your subscription).

·The purchase of digital services implies the immediate activation of the features included in the subscription.

Right of Withdrawal

The user may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the purchase of the subscription.

Pursuant to Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable Romanian law, the right of withdrawal expires once the user begins using the digital service, subject to prior express consent.

In the event of a chargeback or unjustified payment dispute, SECRETSMEETING.COM reserves the right to immediately suspend the user’s account until the dispute is resolved.

5. Rules of Conduct and Anonymity

After registration and payment (if applicable), you may use the services of SECRETSMEETING.COM. While using the website, you must:

·Respect the laws and rights of others.

·Not use the website for work, business or unlawful purposes.

·Publish only truthful information.

·Not distribute offensive, violent, sexually inappropriate, racist, defamatory or unlawful content.

·Not disclose personal data of other users without consent.

·Not send viruses, spam or content that disrupts the website.

SECRETSMEETING.COM monitors profiles to ensure fairness and seriousness.

If you believe a profile is fake or receive inappropriate messages (spam, advertising, threats, vulgar content, requests for paid numbers), click the “Report user” button on the user’s profile.

Users may report illegal content or violations of these Terms by using the “Report User” function or by contacting customers@SECRETSMEETING.com. Reports are reviewed within a reasonable time. SECRETSMEETING.COM reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate applicable laws or these Terms.

If you violate these rules, SECRETSMEETING.COM may:

·Delete inappropriate messages or content.

·Prevent publication of your profile.

·Restrict access to services without refunds or compensation.

SECRETSMEETING.COM is not responsible for meetings between users outside the platform.

The Service does not guarantee real meetings, relationships or compatibility between users.

Users are solely responsible for the content they publish.

The Service is provided “as is”, without express or implied warranties regarding results, meetings or user interactions.

6. Safety and Advice

·Do not immediately share personal data such as phone number or address.

·Never provide your home address.

9. Modifications to the Service and Terms

·SECRETSMEETING.COM may modify the terms or suspend services with at least 14 days’ notice.

·Continued use of the website implies acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

·These Terms are governed by Romanian law, GDPR (EU 2016/679) and Romanian Law no. 190/2018.

·Exclusive jurisdiction: Iasi.

·Consumer rights under the mandatory laws of the user’s country of residence remain unaffected.
